guidance and fastening of the next tool.<\/p><p>The drill works with a high speed micro-motor (1000\/1500 R.P.M.) and without irrigation and it is necessary to use the guide plate.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-6252\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Second step<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-6252\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" used).<\/p><p>Depth of perforation will be equivalent to the length of implant to be placed.<\/p><p>As in the case of the opening drill, high-speed micro-motor is employed (1000\/15000 R.P.M.) with external irrigation.<\/p><p>Note: Check that the flow of irrigation is the adequate to cool the zone.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Teflon Blocks<\/h2><p>Employed to adjust the perforation depth of drills. For this, the pin for parallelization is placed by its thinner end.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-6254\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Fourth step<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-6254\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-6254\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><h2>Deepening channeled drills<\/h2><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/cuarto-paso-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1584\" src=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/cuarto-paso-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"482\" height=\"410\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/cuarto-paso-1.png 482w, https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/cuarto-paso-1-300x255.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 482px) 100vw, 482px\" \/><\/a><\/p><p>These drills penetrate into the bone, in order to obtain a cavity with the same length of implant and the same diameter of its nucleus.<\/p><p>The same act with inner irrigation (or combined) with sterile physiological solution with regulated pressure and reduced speed.<\/p><p>The gear is composed of three channeled drills for implants of series 3, 4 and 5 with a unique length of 16 mm from its active end to its fixed block.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4-cuarto-paso-series-fresas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1342 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4-cuarto-paso-series-fresas.jpg\" alt=\"Tecnica quirurgica implante dental paso 4 fresas\" width=\"200\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p><p>The channeled drills are aimed to cool the surgical area, avoiding bone necrosis produced by the other two drills employed before (opening and pilot drill). It is necessary to employ micro-motor with physiodispenser to carve the bone for the placement of the implant.<\/p><p>These drills are equipped with laser marks which make reference to the length of implants and with a colored ring corresponding to the series.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4-cuarto-paso-medidas-fresas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1343 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4-cuarto-paso-medidas-fresas.jpg\" alt=\"Tecnica quirurgica implante dental paso 4 medidas fresas\" width=\"210\" height=\"91\" \/><\/a><\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Procedure<\/h2><p>UEmploying the channeled drill Series 3, a perforation equivalent to the length of implant to be placed is made. (Teflon blocks may be used or the laser marks to determine depth).<\/p><p>As from this step, the next one will depend on the series of implant placed.<\/p><p>For implants Series 3, go directly to step 5. Instead, for major diameters implants (series 4, 5 and 6) perforation generated by channeled drill series 3 will have to be increased gradually.<\/p><p>Example: for an implant Series 5 (10 long) the three channeled drills will be employed gradually.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4-cuarto-paso-ejemplo-implante-510.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1345 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4-cuarto-paso-ejemplo-implante-510-300x113.jpg\" alt=\"Tecnica quirurgica implante dental paso 4 ejemplo implante 510\" width=\"300\" height=\"113\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4-cuarto-paso-ejemplo-implante-510-300x113.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4-cuarto-paso-ejemplo-implante-510.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Channeled drills for Compact Bone<\/h2><p>In the case of very compact jawbones, with type D1 bones and some D2, SUPER-MEASURE channeled drills will have to be employed to avoid the bony stress of drilling.<\/p><p>These drills have a major diameter than normal ones and are identified with a \u201cdouble ring\u201d of the color corresponding to the series. The use of these drills allows employing the self-tapping implant avoiding the forming of threads.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.implantvel.com.ar\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4-cuarto-paso-hc.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1350 size-full\" hueso tipo D1\/D2 se usaran las primeras dos fresas canalizadas con tope largo en forma progresiva y por \u00faltimo la fresa canalizada HC de la Serie 4.<\/p><p><a
